Takes about 45 oz with fully empty chain case. I just did mine and it took exactly that. Because of this, I heartily endorse Barnett. These are aluminum and its said they should be torqued down only one time. I've adjusted the cable to specs (as per the manual) and the done the same with the clutch itself. Should I try running the extra plate clutch pack (10 friction, 9 steel) with the stock damper seat and damper spring to eliminate the slack inside the clutch pack or just the damper seat?? In regards to the clutch plates particularly, is there anything to be reused and reinstalled? From what I understand I'm reusing the oem pressure plate, 5 pressure plate bolts.
